At YUAP, most products are released using a pre-order model. This allows us to produce garments intentionally, reduce waste, and deliver higher-quality pieces to our community.
Pre-Order Processing
All pre-order items are made after the order window closes. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on the product and collection.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, material sourcing, or shipping carrier delays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated shipping times:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times begin after production is complete, not when the order is placed.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. YUAP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and support as a growing independent brand.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, YUAP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
